Title:  Fun Sports - Physical Education

Description:   Learning physical fitness and athletic skills through fun activities in a pressure-free environment. With games, drills, relays and free play, we learn skills, gain confidence, achieve individually and as a team all while having fun! We will be learning healthy habits, including nutrition, body systems, and healthy life-style choices.
