Title:  Early American History 2nd-4th

Description:     Start during any year with this 3 year Unit study. Each year completes 2-3 major eras of Early American History: Native Americans, Lewis and Clark, Pioneers, Westward Expansion, Early European Explorers, Early Settlements, American Revolutionary War, and Civil War. I teach using lessons with stories and reinforced through games and other activities. Students keep a three ring notebook and learn geography and mapping. A blended Curriculum complimented with educational videos: Life in the New World (Gardner) Life in the Colonies (Dorian Holt), The History of US, Konos, and many other sources. Yes, history should be fun and we go on field trips.
