Title:  Cookies, Cakes and More

Description:  This course is an introduction to baking cookies, cakes, and simple entrees. We will utilize basic ingredients to create delicious snacks, desserts, and dinners. We will also explore meal planning, cake decorating, cooking tips and shortcuts, kitchen safety, and table etiquette. Students must have 1”, 3 ring binder with plastic cover (for inserts) with 5 page dividers. Students must have their own aprons. Hand outs will be provided.
